The smooth running of the Knowledge Convention 2024 exhibition is thanks to the hard work of the members of the exhibition working committee, the support and sponsorship of several parties, Deputy Minister (Security and Law) at the Prime Minister’s Office Dato Seri Paduka Haji Sufian bin Haji Sabtu, co-chair of the Knowledge Convention 2024’s committee said.

He said this during the prize presentation and appreciation ceremony for the Knowledge Convention 2024, held in conjunction with His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s 78th birthday celebration, at Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah yesterday.  

Dato Seri Paduka Haji Sufian added, “The Knowledge Convention 2024 District Forum and Seminars were also carried out smoothly from October 1 to 24 nationwide. The seminar and forum was a platform to share knowledge and beneficial information related to mental health, as well as for activities, including kahoot quizzes and with prizes sponsored by Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD).” 

Dato Seri Paduka Haji Sufian bin Haji Sabtu said, “The launching ceremony was held on September 18, 2024 at the International Convention Centre. It continued with the launch of two books, ‘Menyambut Hari Keputeraan Raja Dengan Semangat Ilal Hijrah’ and ‘Amalan Penjagaan Kesejahteraan Minda dan Emosi: Buku Panduan Doa dan Zikir’. 
 

Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Defence II Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, the guest of honour, presented prizes to the winners. Twenty-four shortlisted winners received prizes. 
 

The guest of honor also presented certificates of appreciation to the sponsors.
