Group Visits

Make your group visit a success

Whether you are exploring our galleries at your own leisure or prefer a guided experience, prior booking is required for all group visits exceeding 20 people. This helps us maintain a comfortable environment and ensures that all visitors, including your group, have an enjoyable experience.

If you wish to engage our experienced tour guide, please email your application to info@bkishhb.gov.bn at least 2 weeks in advance. Our staff will contact you within 3 working days.

Guided tours typically last between 1 to 2 hours.

General Group Visit Information

We welcome group visits to Balai Khazanah Islam and strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Below are the details for arranging a General Group Visit:

For corporate, travel/tourist or community group visits with more than 50 people, please complete and submit the Group Visit Enquiry Form at least 2 weeks in advance. Our Visitor Services officer will contact you within 3 working days. Tours are approximately 1 hour to an 2 hour long.

We strongly advise all visitors to book a time slot in advance to guarantee their admission to the galleries in case of overcrowding so that you, your guests and all visitors will enjoy their time here with us.

Terms and Conditions

  • All Visitors will need to obtain admission tickets from the Visitors Services counter at the ground floor of the musseum before entering the galleries. More information to ensure your group visits proceeds smoothly will be provided once your booking is confirmed and your receive a Confirmation Letter from us.
  • If no Prior booking has been made and you do not receive the Confirmation Form from our Visitors Service officer, tour guide will not be available to attend your group.
  • All cancelations or changes must be made in writing at least 5 working days in advance. or please contact our Visitors Service officer at +673 2220701.

Large Group Visits

For corporate, travel/tourist, or community group visits with more than 50 people, please complete and submit the Group Visit Enquiry Form at least 2 weeks in advance. Our Staff will contact you within 3 working days upon receiving your request.

Tour Duration: Approximately 1 to 2 hours

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors, we strongly advise booking a time slot in advance. This will help guarantee admission to the galleries and prevent overcrowding, ensuring that you and your guests have a comfortable and enriching visit.

If your wish to visit Balai Khazanah with a group of more than 6 persons and would like to engage our experienced tour guide a reservation must be made in advance.

We strongly advise all visitors to book a time slot by emailing us in advance to guarantee their admission to the galleries in case of overcrowding.
