With the cooperation from Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital (RIPAS), Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah (BKISHHB) organised a Blood Donation Campaign today.
The Blood Donation Campaign was held at Balai Khazanah Islam Special Exhibition Room from 9:00 am until 11:30 am, and 1:30 pm until 3:00 pm yielding a total of 54 pints of blood.
The campaign is one of the initiatives of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), of which aims to encourage the social responsibilities among the Balai Khazanah Islam community and the public to engage in the uncomplicated way of saving lives, that is by donating blood. Apart from this, this campaign also aims to elevate consciousness on the health benefits of donating blood and to the donor themselves.
Therefore through this campaign, it is anticipated that the Balai Khazanah Islam community will continue to donate blood as one of their lifelong healthy habits.
This campaign will sustain as one of the Balai Khazanah Islam’s initiatives to aid Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital (RIPAS) stock the pints of blood for those in need.
