Dayang Halimahtusa’adiah binti Haji
Hishamuddin holds the position of Executive Engineer at
the Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah
starting May 3, 2021 and has been appointed as Head of
the Building and Security Management Division.
Previously, she had held a position as
an Engineer and was placed in the Department of Building
Services, Public Works Department (8 August 2009 - 1
November 2009). Subsequently, she was arranged to be
transferred to the Geotechnical, Geological and Research
Section, Department of Technical Services, Public Works
Department
(2 November 2009 – 31 January 2021).
Later, she was seconded to the Public Works Department
Belait Branch as Acting Executive Engineer under the
Road Section
(1 Februari 2021 – 1 Mei 2021).
Dayang Halimahtusa’adiah binti Haji
Hishamuddin received a Bachelor of Engineering (HONS)
degree in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University
Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom in 2007. In
2008, she received a Master of Science degree in Project
Management from the University of Manchester, United
Kingdom.
She passed the Chartered Professional
Review examination in 2019 and was subsequently
registered as a Chartered Engineer under the Institution
of Civil Engineering (MICE), United Kingdom in 2020. She
then became a member of the Brunei Darussalam Board of
Architects, Professional Engineers and Quantity
Surveyors (BAPEQS) in the same year. She was appointed
as Delegated Engineer (DE) of the ICE Brunei Candidates
by the Ministry of Development.
