Giving charity is a noble practice and brings many benefits, especially when it is done during the blessed month of Ramadhan.
The blessings of the month of Ramadhan should be felt by the entire Muslim community, and those who are less fortunate are not excluded.
Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah visited several families from underprivileged groups to deliver contributions under the welfare program “Infaq Ramadhan,” a program introduced by Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah in 2024.
Present as the head of the delegation and delivering the donations and basic necessities was the Director of Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, Dr. Haji Awang Mohammed Hussain bin Pehin Penyurat Awang Haji Ahmad.
Among the objectives of this program are to cultivate and instill a spirit of generosity by providing basic food assistance to the underprivileged, and ultimately to create a continuous platform that encourages members of BKISHHB to continue practicing and embracing the culture of giving charity on an ongoing basis.
