Visitors can apply for guided services from the Exhibition Assistants of Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah by writing an application by letter to BKISHHB or email to info@bkishhb.gov.bn.

• Visitors are requested to respect all exhibits and gallery property by not touching exhibitions, glass panels, showcases, or barriers.
• Visitors are requested to maintain proper etiquette and good behaviour by keeping noise levels low and following staff instructions at all times.
• Visitors are not permitted to bring professional cameras and video recording devices into the galleries.
• Visitors are provided lockers to store their personal belongings safely; however, visitors are encouraged to bring only essential items such as a mobile phone and a small pouch to ensure a smoother entry experience, as bags of any kind are not permitted inside the galleries.
• Visitors are required to observe the dress code, with modest attire covering the shoulders, arms, and knees at all times.
• Female visitors are required to cover their hair during the visit; therefore, they are encouraged to bring a scarf, shawl, pashmina, or hoodie for convenience.
• Visitors may wish to bring a jacket or sweater for comfort, as the galleries are maintained at a cool temperature for preservation purposes.

Yes, phototography is allowed at the Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, including inside the galleries for personal, non-commercial use. Tripods, selfie sticks and flash photography are not permitted.
